We are now offering studio time for singer-songwriters and bands who want to record low-cost music for their fans.  

Recording artist and company co-founder, Spencer Durhams personally engineers and produces projects in our studios.   Spencer has released five CD's of his own in addition to doing session work on projects for numerous other artists.  He is currently producing projects for:

Alternative Band, Soft Powers

The studio is fully equipped with a variety of microphones, amplifiers, drums, and instruments.  One additional benefit of recording in our studio is that overnight accomodations are available for bands and individuals who want to stay for an extended period and finish a project quickly.


STUDIO RATES: 

• Rates start at $20 per hour for studio time.  
• Book a full eight hour session for a special rate of $120 per day.
• Overnight stays are available for $25 per night.
• Payments for studio time are due at the end of each daily session unless advance arrangements are made.
• Payment plans available.  Ask for details.
