The problem is that there are so many artists, and so much clutter. The challenge for today's music artist is to find a way to rise above the "white noise" that is today's music scene and get noticed. For music industry professionals its about sifting through all the wannabes to find the true talents of our time.
Auraria Entertainment was formed to help talented artists break through the clutter and build a long lasting career. We take an active role in guiding every aspect of an artist's career including image development, marketing, booking, touring, merchandise, radio airplay, and fan management. We also make it easy for people in the music business to do their jobs.
We also believe that artists need to be treated like business partners with long term value to our company. That's why one of our artists, Spencer Durham has an equity position with our company. He is not just an artist..... he is an owner.
Spencer's partner is his father Rick. Having spent 25 years in corporate marketing Rick moved into the music business seven years ago. Since then he has actively managed musicians, and owned a live music venue. Rick understands the relationship between artist and venue from both sides of the bar. Under Rick's guidance country artist Craig Collins achieve a number three position on the Texas Music Chart with the radio single "Just What I Need".
We are very selective as to who we add to our roster. We work very hard at what we do. It's important for our artists to work even harder. You must have talent to have a shot. But talent alone is not enough. You must be willing to put more into your career than the thousands and thousands of other talented people competing for the same opportunities you seek.
