Echo Project Wrap-Up
The Spencer Durham Group is proud to have been a part of the first Echo Project Festival outside of Atlanta on October 14th attended by over 15,000 music lovers.

Here is what Shane Harrison of The Atlanta Journal Constitution had to say about the band's performance in his article dated 10/15/07:

"The final day of the first Echo-Project begain at the 99X Pontiac Green Garage tucked away in the corner of the grounds in south Fulton County.  This is where The Spencer Durham Group set Sunday's festivities in motion.

Durham has a lot of classic rock in his soul.  The 19-year-old has gathered a talented young band, including two musicians still in their teens, and a hotshot guitarist Joel Williams, 24.  Playing the first set of the day, Durham and his bandmates didn't necessarily modernize their Grateful Dead/Allman Brothers moves, they just gave them a youthful jolt of energy.  Durham's forceful voice is even more impressive when you consider his small frame.  Close your eyes and you'd expect a mountain of a man to be making that sound.

Though it had been tough to draw crowds to this locals stage, Durham proved a strong draw."
